Description
In this course, students will develop an appreciation for the art of 3D design. Students will discover for themselves the potential and limitations of 3D printing through a build intensive design project. This course is designed for anyone who ever wants to prototype an invention, create a work of art, customize a product, or just make something. Course team projects will be focused on 3D design of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) or UAS related components, using solids modeling tools. 3D printing is a method of creation that requires basic computer skills. There is a $100.00 materials fee for this course.
