Description
The course introduces the concepts of Industrial Design and the basics of manufacturing. Students are exposed to the concepts of solid modeling, metrology, Design for Manufacturing(DFM), Design for Assembly(DFA) and basic manufacturing technologies. They will also receive handson instruction in Fusion 360, 3-D Printing and CNC Laser Cutting.
