How to Use the Students Section of the Portal

Use this page ("Registration") to register for classes (add) or drop classes.  You can also search courses to see what is available. 

The page called "My Course Schedule" allows you to print your course schedule.

"My Grades and Transcript" allows you to view your grades.

"My Advising Info" can help you determine what courses you need to complete your degree.

 

Graduation

Students must complete an Application for Graduation so that an official audit can be completed and a diploma may be awarded.  This form must be completed regardless of whether the student chooses to walk at the graduation ceremony. Click here to access additional information:  

 

The completed form should be returned to the Office of Student Services by the following dates:

Fall Graduates:                           November 17, 2023

Spring & Summer Graduates:      March 15, 2024

Application for Graduation forms can be obtained in the Office of Student Services or the college website here.

To qualify for graduation, students in all programs must complete the required general education courses and their major program courses as listed in the WCCC catalog, with an overall grade point aver of 2.0 or higher.  All financial and other obligations to the College must be satisfied before the diploma is issued.

The next commencement will take place on Saturday, May 18 ,2024 on the Great Lawn (located behind the main building).
